Founded after the loss of its namesake, The JORDON PROJECT was launched in 2022 after the loss of SAPD Officer Jordon Hammond to suicide. We aim to continue the legacy of fallen officers and first responders through photos, stories, and insuring the success of their children. This is accomplished through providing memories and stories of their parent provided by YOU. If you worked with or spent time with any of the heroes on our 'Legacy Wall', please send their child a photo or a story about their parent, that they may have otherwise never seen or heard.
-WHAT WE DO-
Six-O Solutions creates and maintains an email account, for friends, family, and coworkers to submit photos, stories, and encouraging messages to the Legacy Family. After six months of submitted stories and photos, we print all appropriate submitted material in photo book format, and present it to the child/children of the Legacy Officer. At this time, all login information is provided to the family, and the account is accessible solely by the spouse and children of the Legacy Officer.
Six-O Solutions also initially funds a 529 College Savings Plan for the children of each Legacy Officer. The link for anyone to donate to the college fund will remain active on the Legacy Wall until the child is 18.
-WHAT YOU CAN DO-
Find an officer on the Legacy Wall that you know, or worked with. Click on the link to send a photo, a story, a word of encouragement, or a funny anecdote about that officer. Give their children a chance to experience memories of their mother/father through your eyes. After sharing a moment with the Legacy Family, provide a tax-deductible donation to the child's college savings plan. Keep these officers' Legacy alive through story, photo, memory, and success of their children.
